No Tie

Skip the fancy clothes and join us for a casual, very special night out!

November 6th, at Piggy’s (Ballroom), we are in for a treat. A special night of food and beverage pairings, created by Chef Chris, for our 4th annual No Tie event. All proceeds from the evening benefit the Rock Foundation.

Delicious food stations, paired with beers from Pearl Street Brewery, and wines too. Delicious pairings like: Raspberry Chipotle Crispy Pork Belly paired with PSB’s “That’s What I’m Talkin’ ’bout Rolled Out Stout” and 48 Hour Sous Vide Brisket with Cabernet Rosemary reduction paired with a cabernet sauvignon from Bogle Vineyards. Wow.

Eat, drink and be merry while helping the Rock Foundation. Full menu and ticket information here.

Everyone will receive a commemorative wine and beer glass from Paul’s Heating and Air Conditioning! Special thanks to the entire crew at Paul’s Heating and Air Conditioning and Schneider Accounting and Tax for their support of the Rock Foundation.
