My most successful business owners are those who keep their eyes on the road ahead but glance back in the rear view mirror every once in a while. Some less prepared are forced to start looking ahead to the new year and haven’t had a chance to look back to see how they’re doing yet. As we come upon the last few months of the year, take a second to look over your shoulder and see how far you’ve come. What’s working with your business and where can you improve? My team of strategists and I are happy to help and we love post-game celebrations!
