What’s Your Game Plan?

As soon as the kids return to school it seems as if summer comes to an abrupt end. This year may be a bit different as we wait for Friday night lights and a consistent school day. Before we know it, we’ll be giving 2020 a princess wave goodbye and popping the cork on a new year. My most successful business owners are those who keep their eyes on the road ahead but glance back in the rear view mirror every once in a while. Some less prepared are forced to start looking ahead to the new year and haven’t had a chance to look back to see how they’re doing yet. As we come upon the last few months of the year, take a second to look over your shoulder and see how far you’ve come. What’s working with your business and where can you improve? A manager in the 7th inning continues to make adjustments to win the baseball game. In marketing we are constantly measuring, evaluating and analyzing. We stick with our game plan and ensure that we finish with a win. If you need someone to facilitate your evaluation and help you come up with a game plan, give me a call.  My team of strategists and I are happy to help and we love post-game celebrations!
