THE NO TIE TAKE OUT

In a typical year, we invite our listeners and supporters of the Rock Foundation to join us for a special evening of great food, beverage pairings and fun at Piggy’s Restaurant. Well, 2020 is anything but typical!

We wanted to find a way to still celebrate, support our local partners and raise money for the Rock Foundation.

On thankfully, a balmy Saturday evening in November, we gathered in the parking lot of Piggy’s and executed vehicle delivery of a wonderful take out dinner for two, complete with beverages! Rock Foundation supporters were able to order their dinners online, choose their pick up time and head home to enjoy.

While unable to celebrate together, we celebrated none the less, and felt an outpouring of support from our friends and community.

The Rock Foundation was created in the summer of 1999, by the staff of 95.7 The Rock to help people in our community. For over 20 years, the Rock Foundation has directly supported local individuals, families and organizations in need here in the Coulee Region.

Special thanks to the talented and generous Chef Chris and Tammy at Piggy’s. Thanks to Joe and Tami at the Pearl Street Brewery, Jeff at Schneider Accounting and Tax and heartfelt thanks to Pete and the entire crew at Paul’s Heating and Air Conditioning for their continued support of the Rock Foundation.
